Our representative will evaluate your packing requirements and explain our methods for protecting your belongings. He or she will also seek to understand any special concerns that you may have.
Upon completion of the pre-move survey, Wheels Movers will prepare a door to door tailor made proposal in a timely, professional format. Our proposal will include detailed information about the services we provide, the estimated time it will take to execute the move, the precautions well take. The proposal will be complete and with no hidden costs.
Clean blanket pads, plastic crates, and other re-usable materials are utilized to keep the expense of the move in check and to avoid undue waste. Other packing materials that we use include bubble wrap, white paper, corrugated paper, packing tapes, carton boxes and war robe boxes. All your goods are appropriately labeled for organization ad to avoid mix-up.
A moving team will be assigned to execute your move on the agreed date. Wheels Movers has 10 full time packing teams. A team consists of an English & Swahili speaking team leader, four professional packers and a qualified electrician/carpenter. The packers are divided into two teams, each with a senior and junior packer. This system is very manageable for both you and our supervisors. All Wheels Movers packers are full time professionals, some with over 20 years of industry experience.
Wheels Movers has a fleet of 10 modern, covered/lockable moving trucks (of different sizes) for the safe transit of your goods. These vehicles are all kept in good condition and are always clean. All of them have lashing rails most have tail lifts for ease of loading heavy items like pianos.

At your previous residence, we labeled to ensure that when we arrive at your new premise, items are placed according to plan. Wheels Movers will unpack the items and place them as directed to your satisfaction. Our crew will fix your beds, curtains, cookers, tables, DSTV, TV aerials, etc and will only leave once you are satisfied.
